This is a great line-up of LA's finest musicians coming together for a night of traditional jazz standards, as well as some original compositions by band leader YAYennings (Snarky Puppy). By adding Julian "J3PO" Pollack (Marcus Miller) on piano, you will see what Bob Reynolds (Snarky Puppy, John Mayer) and YAYennings can do with a chordal instrument in the band.
The remainder of the rhythm section includes Aidan Carroll (Lisa Fischer) on bass and drummer Tony Austin (Kamasi Washington). With this line-up, this will no doubt turn into a hard bop night to remember. There will be two sets. One ticket buys you a seat at both.
