Daniel Rossi Quartet

Daniel Rossi spent his early years rifling through his dad's deep record collection, listening to Frank Zappa, Grateful Dead, Steely Dan, YES and more. These formative years listening to music with improvisation and complexity was the base to which Daniel started to find interest in Jazz/BAM. Checking out the roots and finding inspiration from the old, while finding equal inspiration from cats of the modern time, he began to focus his musical sound. He has studied under Kenny Washington, Gregory Hutchinson, Jonathan Pinson, and more. Rossi is currently based in Brooklyn, NY. With his new Quartet, Rossi will be showcasing brand new music, set to be recorded in 2022.
