Rachbach's understanding not only of the ins and outs of jazz but of the communicative purpose of music, both with an audience and fellow bandmates, is thorough and complex.  His dedication to jazz artistry while developing his ability on the drums is inspiring.  Celebrating the release of a new EP recorded at Sam First titled "Tim Rachbach Quintet -- The Sam First Sessions," the show will feature some of the brightest young musicians from the LA jazz scene along with new compsitions Rachbach has penned during his current studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

All shows at Sam First are 21+ (no one under the age of 21 will be permitted)

Show Times: 7:30pm & 9:30pm, and a separate ticket is required for each show.
