John Storie Quartet feat. Jeff Hamilton, Rickey Woodard & Mike Gurrola

In tribute to the many piano-less quartets featuring guitar & tenor, John Storie’s group brings to Sam First a night of music. Featuring drummer Jeff Hamilton, tenor saxophonist Rickey Woodard, and bassist Mike Gurrola, this night will be a series of arrangements inspired by many of the groups each member has performed with. John Storie is a Los Angeles-based guitarist, vocalist, bandleader, arranger, and composer.  As a headliner for major international festivals and venues, he performs with the world-renown Mildred Snitzer Orchestra with actor/pianist Jeff Goldblum, and the award-winning New West Guitar Group.

All shows at Sam First are 21+ (no one under the age of 21 will be permitted)

Show Times: 7:30pm & 9:00pm, and a separate ticket is required for each show.
