Christina Galisatus plays Joni Mitchell's "Court and Spark" and Brian Blade's "Mama Rosa"

Join Christina Galisatus and friends for a night celebrating the music of two musicians who refused to be put into a box — Joni Mitchell and Brian Blade. We will begin the night with the iconic 1974 record “Court and Spark”, one of Joni’s first explorations merging jazz influences with her beloved folk rock sound. Then, in the second set, we will perform songs from “Mama Rosa”, the 2009 album of brilliant jazz drummer Brian Blade, a stunning documentation of his long-standing explorations of songwriting.

All shows at Sam First are 21+ (no one under the age of 21 will be permitted)

Show Times: 7:30pm & 9:30pm, and a separate ticket is required for each show.
