Alan Pasqua, Joe La Barbera, Darek Oles

Alan Pasqua is a Steinway Piano artist, Grammy Nominee and Professor of Jazz Studies at USC Thornton School of Music. He has played and recorded with Tony Williams, Jack DeJohnette, Paul Motian, Dave Holland, Michael Brecker, Randy Brecker, Joe Henderson, Stanley Clarke, Gary Burton, James Moody, Gary Peacock, Gary Bartz, Reggie Workman, The Thad Jones/Mel Lewis Jazz Orchestra, Sheila Jordan and Joe Williams.

Joe La Barbera has performed all over the world with some of the finest names in jazz since his arrival on the scene. From his first professional appearance at the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas with Frankie Randall and the Buddy Rich band in 1968 to his work with jazz great Bill Evans and up to the present, he has always been in demand by world class artists and has always been regarded by his peers as a tasteful, musical drummer and a supportive accompanist.

Darek "Oles" Oleszkiewicz, native of Poland, residing in California since 1988, has performed and recorded with many major jazz artists. His first recording as a leader "Like A Dream" with Brad Mehldau was released on CD by Cryptogramophone Records in 2004 and gained a critical acclaim worldwide. In 2005 Darek was voted the "Best Acoustic Bassist" in the Jazz Top readers poll in Jazz Forum European Magazine. More recently his collaborative projects include artists such: Pat Metheny, Bennie Maupin, George Garzone, Chris Potter, Alan Pasqua, Peter Erskine, Bob Mintzer, Ernie Watts and Larry Koonse.
